The latest tools in political technology allow us to reach decision makers and voters in surgically targeted ways that were previously impossible. But technology is only as good as the inputs that go into it.
Our leaders are career-long political professionals with extensive training in all of the tools of political advocacy. Many digital firms offer technical experience without the political chops. Many political consultants have the political pedigree without the technical expertise.
Neptune Ops and IVC Media bring Northern, Southern, and Baja California together with a team of political, digital, and creative talent that has executed award-winning campaigns at the highest levels.
We use the latest in political-tech to advocate for trade associations, non-profits, and businesses in Sacramento and other capitals across the country.
We help candidates win elections for federal, state, and municipal offices throughout the country through the most surgical targeting tools available.
We run B2B and other highly targeted digital campaigns for corporate clients where the stakes are high and key decision makers must be reached.
We serve as the digital arm to general consultants, allowing them to focus on overall strategy and client management, while we execute the digital infrastructure for campaigns.
We work with ballot initiative committees to bring the highest-impact political technology to their campaigns.
We partner with lobbying and public affairs firms to bring the latest digital communications to their advocacy efforts.
We are political junkies by training and at heart. While we are known for the most advanced digital strategies in politics, technology is only as good as the inputs that go into it. So we work closely with your lobbying and campaign teams to understand the nuances of your issues and build campaigns that are not a compilation of tactics, but instead are integrated strategies to win.
We deliver your message through the most advanced technology available, reaching policy makers, voters, business leaders, and other decision makers wherever they are.
Through our award-winning, full-service, design studio we produce some of the most hard-hitting, funny, and memorable ads you will see in politics.

We use cutting edge technology to mobilize voters and engage them in public policy debates.
We use the latest in online research techniques to find the right message and precisely measure the impact of your campaign.
We help you find out what you need to know, and what your opponent wants to know.

On each episode of Nation State of Play, we explore the political forces driving public policy across California. We dig deep on federal and state topics to find out what politicians are doing, and most interestingly—why they’re doing it. We explore these topics with political insiders, advocates, and policy-makers themselves to get below the headlines, and show you the true forces shaping our nation state.
