She brings a data-driven approach to campaign optimization, focusing on improving message resonance across key audiences. At Neptune Ops, Layna serves as a Digital Operations Associate, where she uses performance insights to support effective digital advocacy campaigns. Outside of work, she is passionate about reducing the environmental impact of the fast fashion industry and enjoys keeping up with reality television.
